3D SCANNING · DESIGN · PRINTING

Your object. New possibilities.

We turn physical objects into digital models. We combine 3D scanning with geometry preparation and 3D printing to recreate a part, design a fitting accessory or develop an existing product.

What can we make for you?

A scan is the starting point. We choose the next steps according to the part's function and the result you need.

01

Replacement parts

Recreate caps, knobs, covers, brackets and furniture end pieces when originals are hard to find. We reconstruct worn or damaged geometry using measurements and agreed design requirements.

02

Accessories that fit

Brackets, adapters, organisers and accessories shaped around an existing object. Examples include quad accessories and covers, workshop equipment, furniture additions and fittings for devices.

03

Improve an existing part

Change a mounting point, shape, dimension or ergonomics. The scan relates the design to the physical part, and a printed prototype helps check fit before making more copies.

04

Prototypes and small batches

Bring a physical master into the design process, create variants and print trial parts. Once the design is approved, we can produce further copies.

05

Digital archives

Capture geometry for further work, presentation or future reproduction. We agree the preparation and file formats in advance: a 3D mesh or a separately reconstructed CAD model.

06

Decorative models

Digitise sculptures, figurines and organic shapes, then prepare reproductions or scaled models. Splitting the model and finishing are selected for 3D printing.

From scan to a part that fits

01

Define the task

Send photos, approximate dimensions and the intended use. We establish whether you need a scan, CAD reconstruction, a modification or a finished print.

02

Capture the geometry

We record accessible surfaces from different angles. Object preparation, markers or scanning spray are chosen for the material and agreed before work begins.

03

Prepare the model

We clean and align the scan, prepare the mesh and, where required, reconstruct surfaces and dimensions in CAD. A scan is not automatically an editable engineering design.

04

Check and produce

For fitted parts we agree critical dimensions and a trial print. We then select the material, make the part and check it within the agreed scope.

Choose the scope you need

01

3D scan

A prepared mesh, such as STL or OBJ, for archiving and further work.

02

Production-ready design

A repaired or modified model; editable CAD and STEP when included in the agreed scope.

03

Finished print

A prototype or an agreed quantity of parts, with material chosen for the intended use.

Quality and fit

We adapt the scanning method to the object's size, shape and surface. Geometry preparation and checks of dimensions and fit help prepare the model for further design work or 3D printing.

Useful to know before you start

Can a damaged part be recreated?

Yes, when remaining geometry, measurements or a mating part provide enough information to reconstruct its missing shape. We confirm the scope after inspecting the object.

Can every material be scanned?

Dark, transparent and highly reflective surfaces may need preparation. Scanning captures surfaces visible to the device; enclosed interiors and inaccessible channels require additional information.

How accurate will the finished part be?

We agree required dimensions and fit for each task. The result depends on the scan, CAD preparation, material, printing and finishing. A prototype is recommended for critical fits.

How much does scanning and printing cost?

The estimate depends on size and geometry, surface preparation, CAD work, print material and quantity. Photos and approximate dimensions help us determine the work required.
